App probably glitched itself.

Double tap home button and depending weather you have iOS6 or iOS7 either:

iOS7
Drag the app up to close it then reopen

iOS6 and lower
If you have iOS6 just hold your finger on the app until the "X" pops up next to it and close the app that way and then relaunch and you should be good.

Let me know how you go.

Have you tried restarting your device? If not, try that.

Are you able to tap on the button in the bottom right, to see your account identifier? If so, you can login to blockchain.info in your browser with the identifier and your password.

Is the device jailbroken?

What version of iOS is it running?

If you have the version from App Store, try rebooting your device first. If that doesn't work, remember your account credentials, delete the app and reinstall it.

If you have the version from Cydia, try rebooting. If that doesn't work, check if you have any packages that clash with it. If not,  remember your account credentials and reinstall the package.

Try this 1

1) Delete the app and restart the phone

2) Re-download it, This time from your PC's iTunes store

3) Sync the app to your phone and wala, Its fixed!

Please let me know if this doesn't work, because that is the downside of using Bitcoin Wallet apps.
