Hi!
Fresh user here, I have mined some alt-coins and turned them into btc.
I am now looking for a place to cash in some of it since I'd like to pay off some of the hardware.

Is there anywhere I can sell them and cash out to an online wallet like paypal. I know paypal is a big nono with their tos. There has to be alternatives though, right?

I don't know where you are located, but have you tried localbitcoins?

If you're just getting started it might be better to sell face-to-face.

You can find some (semi) trusted people on here who will buy with PP, but even then it's risky as you can still be scammed. How much BTC have you got and how much do you want for it?

Why not use one of the exchanges and have them wire the money? If privacy is the problem, I would go local as suggested above.

If you're in Canada you could try Caviretex.

Their fees are very high,  but IMO, made worth it by the fact that I can transfer money between Cavirtex and my bank account relatively painlessly.

localbitcoins.com is the best option. Simply be sure the trader has a very good reputation in case of using PP.
