cybermiles can indeed be better and more powerful than ethereum, but that does not mean he can replace ethereum. there are many other rivals, like waves, neo, credits that claim 1 million transactions in 1 second and other crypto, so it's too early if you compare cybermiles with ethereum.
Any other experimental blockchain project can claim what ever they want. Credits claims hundreds thousands TPS, Cybermiles claims 2k TPS, EOS claims 1k but in fact the majority of them still in the testnet and it can't be trusted until there is a lot of nodes will be running the blockchain.
