With the recent string of IPO scams appearing on Bitcointalk and elsewhere, and the many oblivious people freely throwing their coins at them, I thought it appropriate to draw attention to the current progress of Scharmbeck Feeshares.

http://www.cryptoarticles.com/crypto-news/2014/1/9/scharmbeck-shares-round-2-starts-soon

https://cryptostocks.com/securities/60

https://scharmbeck.com/

SBFS is real

It's established

It's listed on a credible Crypto Stock Exchange

The developers are completely open and honest (and you can easily find out where they live)

The price is going up steadily

They have a better plan than most / all other companies offering IPO's ( Not: #1: Steal underpants, #2: ...? #3: Profit! )

PLEASE:

Stop giving your coins to scammers

Do your research

Make decisions based on information

Make purchases based on credibility

You can spend a few seconds giving your coins to scammers offering IPO's here on bitcointalk, and then spend weeks trying to get your coins back when they cut and run

or you can spend a few hours doing your research and invest in a real company.  I am NOT saying that Scharmbeck Feeshares are your only alternative, I'm saying spend some time doing your research and make informed decisions.

SB is legit and so are their fee shares. Please do your research and stop investing your money into scams and cheap meme coins that have no future. Look what is happening with doge that was by far the biggest hyped coin of that kind.

also if you want to throw your money away why not do something good like help me save up to take a friend with serious PTSD on holiday?

at least the bitcoins will help someone other than scammers..

in return you get a good fuzzy feeling for helping and a big thank you from me...

Scharmbeck have been playing fair from day one. Still, I wish there were more information from them directly. As of now all announcements come from Worldcoin Foundation it seems.

Although I have faith in Scharmbeck, I 100% agree with you.

I would love to see more announcements both here in Bitcointalk and in their announcements section on cryptostocks.com

Someone else also mentioned that the company profile on the site itself should be more elaborate, which I also agree with.  As you can see at: https://scharmbeck.com/about , it's completely void of information.  It would be great to have a nice little blurb consisting of "This is our background, this is where we are right now, and this is where we plan on going, etc., etc."

I am hoping that these are things they take care of at or before launch.

I agree. The system works flawlessly and fast. However some more info would be nice, and I don't see the developer giving a lot of info. Also, what about the name? Scharmbeck doesn't sound too attractive. Better make an url like buyworldcoin.com or something, that redirects. Just my thoughts. System itself is nice tho, have some shares myself.

Is there even one of these new IPO which is not a scam? Perhaps we need a list.

I also wonder, when VisaCoin will transfer his 135 coins ...

I believe in SBFS, it's OK. Let us buy IPO, with the lower price and them regret later.

Oh yeah.  Shutting down for some indeterminate amount of time sometime after march 1st eh?  Real nice of you guys to go through all the trouble letting us know why our investment in you has amounted to absolutely nothing!  Don't discourage SCAMbeck, there are always new noobs to take advantage of you slick con you.

*In case your not getting the sarcasm above...avoid SBFS at all costs!!  Entire SBFS venture may have started off with legitimate intentions but I suspect greed or something else has firmly taken ahold of this asset.
