The answer should be NO rather be diligent and always water your account to make it grow. The best prescription to do mate.

Personally, they are discouraging this kind of activities but not banning it. I wonder why would this happen? It will causes to misled and mis-informed.

Yeah I believe it's because such situations might be difficult to judge/track, that's what I believe... A moderator answer on that would be nice!
