Invictus Innovations recently announced a whole range of bounties which are very well paid and also aim at attracting talented developers (mostly C++) for a long term engagement.

All bounties together are worth 8370 PTS which equals 143 BTC right now.

There is also a referral bounty which means that, the person who referred the winner of a bounty gets 5% relative to the size of the bounty.

Referral bounty is now 5 % relative to the size of the bounty, so a 1000 PTS bounty has a 50 PTS referral fee. The average bounty is about 500 PTS roughly so you get 0.375 BTC for referring someone!
