I know thats an old thread but it's the only one i found that is opened by btc-e and is open for promoting the exchange.
I wanted to ask how long does it take to get an answer from
compliance@btc-e.com? I sent numerous requests via ticket and they only tell me they work on it. By the way, why do they write in russian all the time, even though i told them often i can't understand it? Strange support.
But i did not get any reaction from them in a month now. Nothing that they work on my case, or what happens. Only support writing me in russian that the check things. For a month?
The btc-e accounts don't react to pm's too.
