try using 'git' command:

git clone https://github.com/dobbscoin/DobbsCOIN

the linux & windows executables are in the 'binaries' folder

( I build from SRC CODE personally & do not use precompiled binaries! )

but if you don't know how to compile or use 'git' command

(1) goto     https://github.com/dobbscoin/DobbsCOIN

(2) click on binaries folder

(3) click on linux or windows

(4) click on the QT version or the "headless" dobbscoind file

(5) rt-click on "RAW" button and "SAVE AS" ( or click on RAW and it should prompt you to download )

(* The precompiled LINUX binaries dont work on my distro. I compiled 'dobbscoind' from the source code )

Download worked for me. The githib address seems to have changed from the com-http.us site I first heard about it, but the binaries and source are there. I downloaded a large ball of zip and took what I needed. There's a basic conf in there and a .bat file, which seems to do .. something. Got me.  Wallet synched with seven pers tho..
