Hello bitcoin millionairs,

What about converting your earning in real estate properties with special tax shield arrangement in France?

Great investment opportunities, low tax and revenue guaranteed.

We have luxury properties as well as standard apartments with 5-10% annual revenue from renting (management included).

Send me a message for any info!

What kind of returns are you expecting?

You have to understand bitcoiner believe the value can increase much much more, from $10 to $1000 in 2013, many expect it to go to $5000 or $10,000 in 2014. No bitcoiner is going to be interested in 5% return on their coins.

Sorry, not trying to offend you, just explaining bitcoiners mindset Smiley

It must work like that in your average 12 year old bitcoiner's head...

In reality, the smarter ones diversify their wealth. 10% annual income on a property is not bad at all.

Actually the property itself can have an increase in sell value up to 10% every year.

And if you buy a 400,000euros property you get every year 20,000euros cash in your account.

Or you can keep your 400btc and hope their value goes up and sell 1 or 2 every month to have some revenue. But after 2 year you'll have only 376...
After 2 years real estate investment you still have the 150 initial square-meter.

I'm a real estate and a bitcoin owner.
