I totally agree and wasn't expecting to receive any loans from members here due to my standing, I was just looking for ideas on how to obtain said loan.

I have no sufficient collateral quite honestly. I'm mainly searching for someone who is willing and able to invest into my new website rather than a loan, hence me asking for a PM from interested persons who want to hear my business model.

First of all, do you NEED bitcoins to launch your website?  Can you not find service providers that will take your cash?  Simply sell some of your possessions to raise the capital.  If you really need bitcoins, you can buy them at an exchange.
