Sorry guys, but your offer come with great delay. Right now the fight is for ASIC miners capable of TH/s   

The market is flooded with mining gear (mostly from China) who use OLD gen 1 chips with top performance of ~200 GH/s

The price of more than $2000  per such an "antique" unit is too exaggerated !

Actually you can buy mining contracts worth 200 GH/s with less than half of your price.

Assuming they shipped at current difficulty, you might make a couple of bucks by June.

If they get to your doorstep at 2.3+ billion difficulty, 3 btc is way too high for the power usage (1000 W  ), and you won't make jack, unless BTC goes up to the moon.

To help you out I provided you member contact information to a member that is well known and respected.  He’s known to do solid and honest business.  I understand you provided him good pricing BUT the issue here isn't your pricing.  The thing people want to see is that someone they trust has a good business experience with you.  I’d bet that’s why southerngentuk provided option 3.  You see, if you do option 3 above you’ll get option 2 covered as part of that trusted member’s review.  When that happens you’ll have so many people knocking on your door to buy your units that you won’t be able to keep your Avalon clones in stock.  As well, the trusted member’s contact information I sent you is from a person that will purchase the unit once it gets up and running AND has plans to buy more of your units *IF* the unit you send for review performs as you describe.  The thing is you need to build trust, not expect it as gratis.  If I were you I’d reconsider you position on this item.  You mention you don’t know Uncle Scrooge …. That’s fine.  Send a unit to Canaryinthemine and have him do your review.  The point is the fastest way to get to large volume sales, at least in this forum, is to have someone who is trusted by many review your gear and vouch for the experience they had with you.  Otherwise, the only other option you have for those that are smart about their coin balance is to do the Escrow thing …… which your OP says you won’t do.  Keep in mind, 3BTC for a 200ghash unit is quite a price premium over other sellers who have already done these things I've described.  For that price premium you MUST unload some of the risk on the buyer side.

    First of all, thank you very much for trying help me, and that really means a lot to me and helpful too, and thanks to Member named "southerngentuk", as what i do now mostly followed his opinion.
   and to your suggestion, it may get really good effect too, and i still have my concern, and your friend didn't answer my PM yet.

    Acctually, untill now, two of members of bitcointalk.org has find a friend in Guangzhou, and come to my office and confirmed me not a scam, one is from Korea, one is from UK, The one in Korea i have deliver 3 Miners two days ago, and the on in UK, has paid to order 2 miners, and his friend has confirmed i have the stock, and will deliver in 1-2 days as now is weekend.
   
    And i can't give you their username now, but i will ask them to help me confirm after they got the miner may be 3-5 days later, but it depend on them.

  Here i want to say two point.
  1: the difference between miners in stock and miners for pre-order, everybody knows the difference, but they may don't acctually caculate it, you know, if is is late for 6 days for deliver, that means 0.36 BTC,
  2: The other is warranty, i have office and open to everybody, and OEM factory opened to wholeseller and big customer, i can give my promise to give 3 month warranty, it may cost at least 0.1-0.2 BTC averaging it out。
    and the most important reason why i change back to 3 BTC, that's because i don't want group buy here now, as i think as a new fish in this forum and don' have engouth reputaion here, i can't get enought number to get to 100PCS group buy,  if you watch my thread at first time, you may know my first price is 2.5B for 100 pcs, and deliver in 4-6 days, warranty for 3 month.

   So now, i still sell miners only in stock, each order should less than 5pcs, and it takes for sometime to increase my reputation here. until now, is only two of them for i just register here may be 10 days. but i think, it is quickly if i give them good service and don't make miner seller as a secret thing,  let people know about us.
