Mining on r9 270 cant set thread concurrency higher than 8192

I just got this card for my 2nd rig.

I can't seem to het more than 300khs out of it.

As soon as i increase intensity (13>) i get hardware errors. Also when I set thread concurrency higher then 8192 I get an error about increasing lg or decreasing tc.

Any solutions?

Both setx commands are entered btw.

The sapphire site does not show updated BIOS .
 
I found http://www.techpower...048-130822.html but the tool says it is already the current BIOS version?

If you are running on windows 1 or 2GB won't do the trick.  That is assuming you are getting errors rather than hardware errors.
