You should tell poolerino (not me) because they're taking 8 out of 10 blocks. Not only that but they are taking all of the large blocks. Tell them to start booting people......I've seen it done before.

We need more people at http://usde.steadymining.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks. Poolerino has become a monster and this is the only pool that can compete with them.

We need to take down Poolerino!

http://usde.steadymining.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks

No one needs to take any one pool down.  Move to other pools to distribute hashes more evenly, yes.

[edit] - wondering if Poolerino isn't being targeted by the same botnets?

They were, but they are making a great job... german guys! Wink

I hear ya, Chow.

I was just starting to trust that exchange too. If anything, it would seem smarter to stay up longer and wait for more volume before they pull out the rug. They were steadily increasing volume.

OK, QUICK UPDATE FOR ALL YOU GUYS (and Gals too! Wink) AND 5 ACTION ITEMS

1) The miner tip giveaway is suspended for now (everyone up until now either has or will be tipped very shortly, we appreciate ALL of our miners, you are our backbone!!!).  For those who missed it, a new one will be announced - stay connected and check back often.

2) New Windows wallet has been released and links updated.

New Windows Wallet features:
  • Non-crypto, non-techie user friendly.  It will autoconnect to our DNS seed node to establish connections. Users won't need to mess with the usde.conf file, unless they want to Solo Mine.
  • Added much requested command-line coind, usded.exe, for those who prefer a command line version (and for automating things like giveaways, etc..)

Upcoming:
  • Apple Wallet will be officially signed by a licensed Apple Developer in the next day, to get rid of the potential warning about unknown developer in the newer Apple Mavericks OS, again, catering to non-techie types.
  • Linux QT wallet should be released within the next 1-2 days!

3) We need your help!!!
Fellow users, miners, loyal friends, we NEED good graphics designers & illustrators. Please find / ping anyone that you know who can sketch comics or create interesting artwork and have them contact us ASAP.  We have writing for our USDe blogs & flyers all covered, but good graphics has been tough to find. Help us help you make this movement huge.

4) We are very close to 1 Gigahash!
Want to help spread the USDe message? Add the following to your signature NOW!
Code:
[center][size=16pt][b][glow=white,2,300][color=red][url=http://usd-e.com][color=red]★★★  USDe  [/color][/url][/color][/glow][/b][/size][size=14pt][b][glow=red,2,300][color=white][url=https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=410254][color=white]  THE FREE PEOPLE'S CURRENCY  [/color][color=blue]★★★[/color][/url][/color][/glow][/b][/size][/center]

5) Look at #3 above!

Thank you! Go USDe !!!

P.S.REMINDER

The first poster on page #200 with an interesting USDe inspired meme gets 15,000 USDe!  NO SPAMMY useless posts, please!  Grin

Yah it's obvz to be expected in (early) beta.  My mind always rushes first to the worst-case scenario.  I'm sure it'll be fine.

If a person WERE to try pull a long con, however, you can't make it too long.  For example if Big Vern decided to do something janky at this (relatively) late stage, he'd have a ridic price on his head.

Yay coinz!!!!213!@

Love the coin.
I think the FB page is lacking however. Needs more pizazz, something to grab at you more. Maybe remove the torn dollar with something more positive? Perhaps remove all the doom and gloom images of the white house and the president and get something that is little more upbeat.
Website is great.
Need to bring more elements of the website into the FB page and really be active on FB, or Reddit.
Do we have a Reddit page? Seemed to help that other coin.

Just my 2 cents.

Absolutely agree 100% with you.  I was never a fan of that background image.  A reminder -- we need Graphics illustrators & designers, so if you find someone who knows their graphics, please send them to us!  We are looking for talent outside of here too, but finding the right freelance people to deliver original & quality material is proving a bit difficult...  Lucky, if you're reading this, let's regroup and get Facebook squared away, asap!

What can we do to take care of this poolerino issue? No one new can come in here and successfully mine this coin with all block going to them.
