DO NOT BUY FROM HASHFAST, they are thieves, cheats, liars and criminals....... I am confident they will get what is coming to them with all the lawsuits being filed against them.

With all the news of hashfast finally testing their chip and stating that it is a 500gh+ chip rather than the estimated 400gh combined with the news that they had taped out I considered buying from them even though they haven't made good on all previous orders yet. I placed an order for a Baby Jet & a baby jet upgrade expected to ship by the end of March. I paid in full on January 1st, it is now January 11th and Hashfast will not confirm my order. I have emailed them 3 times and called twice, both times i called i was assured i would recieve payment confirmation within 24 hours. I contacted Bitstamp and they cannot help at all. So at this time i have paid Hashfast in advance and they will not even acknowledge my order.

Hi,

First of all let me say how sorry I am to hear about your situation. Can I ask where you live? The reason I'm asking is that the only way I can see you getting your bitcoins back or your machine is to turn up at their facility and ask for it in person. Flights to the US are pretty cheap just now, and if you could persuade a couple of other buyers to arrive at the same time - preferably with a local journalist - then you might get some action, especially if you keep turning up for a few days.

Hope you get a resolution one way or another.
