Have you noticed there are 12 function key on keyboard namely f1 to f12. Maximum time function key stay unused and also many a people do not know the necessity of function key. SO let's discuss about function key.
Function Key 1 (f1): While working on you your computer you may faced problem for help you can use f1. It will open help page automatically.
Function Key 2 (f2): If you want to rename any file on you computer press f2. It will work fust than manual to rename a file.
Function Key 3 (f3): To search any file easily you can click on f3 it will open search bar for you.
Function Key 4 (f4): If you want to close your window (browser/file) just click alt+f4.
Function Key 5 (f5): To reload or refresh you can use f5 instead of your mouse.
Function Key 6 (f6): Where your mouse it is not a fact just press f6 it will take into address bar.
Function Key 7 (f7): If you want to check error/mistake of your spelling or grammar then use f7. It will help you to check misspelling word as well as mistake of grammar.
Function Key 8 (f8): To search boot option while run your computer just press f8.
Function Key 9 (f9): You can use f9 to refresh microsoft word document. You can use f9 to send/receive email on microsoft outlook.
Function Key 10 (f10): To open menu bar on your computer use shift+f10
Function Key 11 (f11): You can use f10 to use full screen of your computer.
Function Key f12: To open save as option you can use f12.
