I've seen a couple companies who are trying to sell them, but I don't think anyone has shown one working.  Until then, I vote fantasy.

It will happen but like many of the SHA256 ASIC vendors, delivery time/power usage/hash capacity will be different to that advertised right now. So far there is just a load of 3D renderings and a vid of 40-50 kh/s card.  Roll Eyes
