I've had a ticket in for a week because I cannot access my account due to a Google 2-Step Authentication issue. I'm seeing a lot of people waiting for support ticket responses and everyone is in the same boat. Coins-e gives no other way to contact them.

Does anyone know of another way to get their attention? It's pretty horrible customer service.

lots of talk that it is a one man operation @vigsun on twitter if you want to start there. there is discussion in the thread about the tracks he didnt cover and it seems to line up.

Hope that helps. Given his silence and track-covering looks like its a fairly massive robbery almost 400 mill on the wallet that most peoples missing deposits went to. Thats a lot of money. He is hosting a meetup in India and lives in Ottowa and is in India for the moneth according to twitter.

Good thing I was skeptical enough to not lose that much* but I'd still like it back.

My last ticket with them, which was just a feature request, took a full week to get answered.  I too have a TFA ticket in and I doubt I'm going to hear anything back for at least another week or two.  This kind of stuff is why I stopped using them, I like their site but their support just doesn't exist.

So I guess the 3 LTCs I transferred there before won't be turning up (after 54 confirmations). Jesus!

I've had a nice DOGE deposit in limbo for a little over a week now with no help from support, I took the risk and withdrew the rest of my balance from there and was lucky that the withdrawals still worked.  I've pretty much called the deposit lost at this point.
