Missing ~2.3 million DOGE... deposited 2/11 17:33 it is now 2/13 22:25 and still not even showing pending on their site.  Their support told me yesterday their technical team will look at it and it can take up to 72 hours.  I find this unacceptable and I will be extremely irritated if my DOGE is not showing by then.  Already lost a ton of potential.

God, another one of these threads? Give it a rest already. You look through this thread and half of the people complaining respond "oh my problem actually got fixed"...do you think at some point common sense will kick in, or is the sheer thought of such a thing existing merely a fantasy anymore?

This thread was created a month ago.  I didn't make a new one because this one was already here.

The response time from Cryptsy is unacceptable, even if the issue eventually gets fixed.  The issue is not IF the problem gets fixed, it's how long it takes them to fix it.  Duh.

Well if was created a month ago then it should have remained lost in the void. Not a single one of the 30+ cryptsy hate threads has changed a single thing and it's not going to. Know why? Because these "problems" are only affecting a handful of users while the remainder (read as: majority) of their userbase such as myself have, and always have had, smooth transactions. From a developer standpoint, that doesn't constitute a required fix. That means the problems are on the end-user's side, most likely due to the end user's retarded page refreshing and bitching that their deposits/withdrawals aren't instantaneous. Roll Eyes

Thank you.  I will update the support ticket.

cthulu1:  I assure you I did not make any mistakes to cause the deposit to show 0 confirmations on Cryptsy's end.  I do not have any Cryptsy hate either.  It is frustrating to have thousands of dollars worth of cryptocurrency in limbo for days and creates a stressful situation for me.  My only beef with Cryptsy is the support response time.  I posted here and it was instant, and I am happy with that, but I would have been happier if I did not have to post here at all.  I don't expect instantaneous withdrawals or deposits, but over 48 hours is quite a bit too long.

Didn't necessarily say you were the one doing the mini-DDoS and such, just that 90% of the complaint threads out there are people saying "OMG WTF DOGE DEPOSIT TAKES MORE THAN 1 HR I LOST SO MUCH MONIEZ CRYPTSY IS SCAMMING HACKZ LOLZWTF I GET 502 ERROR BECAUSE I REFRESH SINCE MY BUY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN 1 SECOND". It's just dumb. I still stand by the point though is, and I'm being level w you here that these threads don't change anything. Sorry to hear that you genuinely are having issues but we all know that like any company that is a REGISTERED company in the United States has to have some level of operating standards to have remained in business this long. People say that the "trust rating" on cryptsy doesn't exist, but I have experienced faster withdraws/deposits/etc the longer I have been an active user there. Their support team gets flooded with emails and tickets constantly, so sometimes they do fall through the cracks yes. You just have to be persistent, or hop on IRC and usually they'll sort you out. :]

They actually fixed my issue right when I posted here.  There's been no one on the support IRC for the past couple days when I've been on, and they can't look at specific accounts there anyway.  I trust Cryptsy, and it was never in doubt that they would resolve the issue for me.  They have always come through in the past.  I just wanted to get it fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and I am grateful they look at the forum here to take care of things like this.

And I agree, people expecting everything to happen within seconds need to take a chill pill.

Attached the transaction in question, which I followed via email with Michelle a staff of Cyptsy, advising me to wait until all issues with the wallet solved, and I never had confirmation that the "problem" was solved, so I waited patiently not like many rude individuals but I guess I should have been more reactive) you can check my wallet and see the withdrawal never made it through, and the adress is Correct, as you'll see the first 4000 come from my first withdraw from Cryptsy, and to show my good intentions, I signed up for conirmation account I am not here to  fraud nor to leave.
I hope this will be sorted out asap

Hello,
I just checked my wallet balance on the block explorer and I still don't see the transaction so it is still pending. I did not answer because your last message was :

I waited nicely not to be part of the haters everytime a problem occurs...
Please see to this as fast as you can.
Thx
whynotbit

On the blockexplorer we can see the first 3999 nxt withdraw I made successfully the day before from Cryptsy
I really think they are taking me for a scammer and since no reply whatsoever,  tickets are n° 133658 (pending, being processed) and the second one is 136097 (closed without any answer)
If somebody could help me out with this I would really appreciate it, I don't know where else to post.
Thanks in advance
whynotbit
ps : If needed any other infos I will give them

Cryptsy has not processed withdrawals for Crypti (XCR) since the new wallet and PoS went online last fall. Requests from multiple holders of XCR have either been ignored or received the form responses mentioned above. I consider the exchange, Cryptsy, to be insolvent as evidenced by the continuing pattern of stalling on withdrawals, and strongly recommend withdrawing any funds people may have there.

There is no excuse for this kind of ineptitude and poor service.

For Satan's sake, you people just revived a thread that's over 1 year old. AFAIK all problems previously reported on this thread were solved by Cryptsy and the thread died (until this stupid bump).

No, the problem with XCR (Crypti) has not been solved for many months and requests by both holders and developers of Crypti have been ignored other than the form responses mentioned here earlier. This thread will be continued to be bumped until the problem is resolved.

Cryptsy is holding mine and other people's property without our permission. Financing their business was never part of any agreement we had.

I will talk to Mullick about the status of the Crypti wallet.... You get the best results contacting support or going into our chat box usually an admin in there. Or PM me if you have done all these things and feel like lets post a bitcointalk thread today...

This had all been tried over the past 6 months with no results. My last email was June. I have asked other members of the Crypti team to join in here so we can get this resolved. Thanks.

Thank you for doing that. We are sending support tickets, emails, tweets since 6 months. A community member of Crypti contacted nearly every single moderator of the chat box. Nothing happened.

Ok I finally know the issue. Apparently at some point there was an update that changed RPC calls. Crypti is a custom integration and the developer who was working it was let go. I have assigned it to a developer as a priority so should have it fixed up soon.
