The current month was marked by two events, which will definitely be of interest to all who are involved with operations with crypto-currencies.

1. On March 20, 2018, a project on crowdfunding was submitted to the State Duma. According to him, Russian legal entities and IPs will be able to attract investments for the development of promising ideas through special Internet platforms.
The following investment options are proposed:
- Loan granting;
- purchase of securities;
- Acquisition of a stake in the authorized capital of LLC or the share capital of a business partnership or partnership;
- acquisition of investment project tokens (!).

2. On March 26, 2018 a draft on the crypto currency and tokens was submitted to the State Duma for consideration
.
Under this project, digital money (crypto currency) can be paid. This will be permissible in cases and on terms that the law will determine. Everywhere to accept crypto currency for payment is not obliged. Digital rights (tokens) are planned to be considered a kind of property rights. They will be able to certify the rights to all objects of civil rights,
except for intangible goods. Tokens can be transferred to another person, including under a contract of sale.
It is important that the Civil Code of the Russian Federation will oblige the courts to protect the claims of citizens and legal entities on transactions with digital rights.
The projected changes in the Civil Code should begin to operate from May.

These are, of course, only projects, and what will be approved as a result is not yet known, but the reserve is promising, is not it?

What do you think about this? Is the light cryptual future close?
