Please Explain me like I am 5 - how to trade BTC.

So I am looking to buy 1 BTC using neteller, but I have no clue how any of this works.  I downloaded a Bitcoinclient from Bitcoin.org called Bitcoin-QT. So if I find someone willing to trade with me. What exactly do I need to do to finish a trade?

You give them the address you want the BTC sent to. I don't use the BTC QT, but on the "receive tab"there is an address you can use.

where are you will buy bitcoin? Do you have bitcoin address or wallet?
