It's just people trying to get some quick cash by making a new coin, basic pump and dump.
Some coins might actually make it, but most are just "get rich quick schemes"
It's stupid and only hurts the cryptocoin market.

It seems theres a whole mess of totally useless coins popping up every other day. Im always hesitant to take any of these coins seriously and focus on what the coin is offering that hasnt been offered before... usually nothing. I think theres some winners popping up now and then if you look close enough though.  Etoken is my pick for the week

It is a sad state of affairs, too many stupid coins coming in to existence, most will die a deserved death. Greedy devs create coins only for profit, a few are good but most are just a joke!

It is hard to tell what will be good and what won't but you pay attention to the structure, and actually do some math, you can tell that some of them just don't make sense.
