Generally card vendors charge ~$3 for each cash withdrawal. Bummer. Here's a few that don't:

- Schwab (USA)
- Norwich and Peterbourgh (UK)
- Metrobank (London)

 Are there any more?

Of course, it's a shame none of them have any anonymity. Darn shame the virtual bitcoin2cc cards couldn't somehow have a pin built into it...

Are you asking which banks issue cards that don't require a fee for withdrawal at ATMs of other banks?

If so, USAA is one.  (they reimburse the fee)

Man I'm fucking glad I live in the UK where the only ATMs that charge you for withdrawals are the ones not owned by banks, and instead owned by private companies who essentially "sell" you a product worth 50 quid and then dispense 50 quid of notes. LINK valid cards are the fuckin best.

I have Schwab.  I am charged $2-3.  Schwab then refunds me at the end of the month for those fees.

Uh yeah, like half of Europe. ATM's almost never cost money in most of Europe, unless it's a bankless one or you are withdrawing euro's outside the euro-zone or the other way around.

Westpac don't charge for withdrawals if you use their ATMs. Neither do BNZ, ANZ, National Bank or Kiwibank.
