Twitter acc - my Following List is not shown after temporary restriction

Several days ago I faced a temporary restriction of my Twitter account (for no reason). Restriction was lifted in a day. But since then I don't see my "following list" as if I am not following anybody at all (if I follow somebody it is still said that "You aren't following anyone yet"). Does anybody here have the same problem? Twitter support does not work at all, it is useless.

I've got the same issue - I can't follow accounts anymore and twitter support is completely unresponsive
I keep sending them DM & emails, with no success so far
let me know if you find a way to fully restore your account!

I got an email from twitter support today. It is written that they are investigating what may have caused the issue. Of course, I inform you.
