Which are the chances of generating 2 identical paper wallets (addresses) for 2 different users? kind of scary
1 BTC = 1 BTC

There are 2^160 possible BTC addresses. The chance to generate two identical addresses depends on the number of attempts so you can calculate the probability as <number of attempts> / 2^160.
