The timing of his posts indicate that he's in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Probably eastern U.S. Nick Szabo seems to be the best candidate.

Someone analyzed his posts and figured he used to post often through normal time on europian timezone.
Also he used to use British spelling for the first few moments, so could be around there.
