像这些仲裁的系统，看起来好像是中心化的平台或者系统比较普遍一点，毕竟需要第三者介入才才判断哪一方的过错。
而一旦移到区块链上面，估计操作起来，可能有点困难吧。

如果放在区块链上应该更简单吧，只要规则设置的合理，包含进去，它总是能够解决的，不会像人类处理纠纷会有各方面的影响来决定最终结果。我还是看好合约的功能的，只是这更考验合约设置者的能力，要非常详细和有原则。
