Help me to make new Bitcoin related service

Hey guys,
this is my post after some time of silence. With my friend we allocated some time and wanted to contribute to Bitcoin Ecosystem. My question is simple:

What you think is missing here? What kind of Bitcoin related service would you appreciate? We can develop it. XHTML, PHP, C# is no problem for us. It could be hardware thing also.

My suggestions:

1) Site which shows daily volume of traded Bitcoins in all Exchanges (including those small ones like Bteex or Bter)
2) A piece of hardware which you connect to a computer via USB and you can securely transfer there coins

Thanks! Very well written advices. I was thinking about something more specific... Some service which would be great to develop but nobody did it before. For example I think great contributions are POSes. But I am not hardware guy so I am not interested in this field.
