I have setup a MPOS Pool for myself to solo mine so that I can just point my various miners from different locations at it. It seems to be working fine and I have mined a few hundred blocks in the last 24 hours, but I would like to make sure I have the configuration correct.

When I had the Variable Difficulty turned on, I was constantly mining at 128 Difficulty, getting almost no blocks as the altcoin I am mining had a low difficulty. Once I disabled Variable Difficulty and set it to 16, I am getting a lot more blocks. I am curious however if it would be best to keep VARDIFF enabled and simply configure it to set the coin's difficulty as the maximum difficulty? As the coin is at around 0.35 Difficulty lately, I assume mining at 32 DIFF would be better?
