BTC Olympus still has a thread up on up custom hardware.  I will not scam or rip anyone off and have verified a refund for someone who sent in payment.

This is a product sale and should not be in off topic.  Just because it makes fun of your advertisers doesn't mean it should be buried.  If not custom hardware then it should be in the computer hardware sales board at least.

The prototype is a picture of a horse. Its not mining hardware. The entire thread, and I'd assume the order for a 0.035 BTC picture of a horse is a joke as well.

There is no hashing promise. I get it, its a good joke, it accurately satarizes the flaws of other Asic companies and is therefor humorous. Off topic is an accurate place for it.
