GPU overheats on low intensity

Overheating issue at intensity 14. I have been using this setting below for a long time.
Scrypt:
            bfgminer --scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://eu.multipool.us:3352 -u x -p y --intensity 18 --worksize 256 -g 1

It was working fine until I downloaded elder scrolls online beta wich updated something related my gpu. Since then I cannot increase intensity above 12 due to overheating problem. I used to be able to get 550-600 Kh/s with i=18
Someone could help me out, please?? Thanks
