What is the calculation behind this number?

Under Pools:

• GW - GetWorks

What goes GetWorks mean?

• Disc - Discarded

What is the difference between Rejected and Discarded?


Furthermore I have heard rumors that the BK-N can be retrained to mine some of the forks of Cryptonight. Does someone know if this could be true and if so how this can be done.
