Hi everyone,

As i understand, the purpose of a cold storage wallet is that your private key has never been on the network, therefore, it cannot be hacked. Are there any risks involved with cold storage wallet?
How do you go about verifying that a cold storage wallet is active?

no risks, unless the medium goes bad.  and they do unfortunately.  so your probably better off emailing yourself a copy of the key in Gmail   Cool  then you'll ALWAYS have a copy in the cloud!!! (please don't do this   Roll Eyes)
