Many people with the same ip address when activate in Bitcointalk?

Me and some other user use the Bitcointalk account at the same Coffee Internet. We have a IP address only.
We are other activities and no join bounty / airdrop but the same data 1 IP when active on Bitcointalk is not allowed?

You're allowed to have as many accounts as you want as long as you're not spamming. However, If your account (or the other user's) is banned then this could be considered as ban evasion but I doubt that the IP is the first thing to look at as a lot of people use Tor, VPN and they could share the same IP at some point.
