I just read about breezecoin and Breeze de Mar.

A cryptocurrency friendly resort sounds amazing. It can help for adoption of cryptocurrency and it can be helpful for all coins.

I believe tokenization will change the whole industry and we will see tremendous change for real estate industry thanks to blockchain technology.

I decided to join breezecoin ICO. I want to be part of cryptocurrency friendly resort. They will share their mortgage profits with token holders. I will have income in Ethereum, which is my dream.
 
What do you think about it ?

I will study this project for sure but there are already a lot of real estate tokenization projects going through ico phase or have completed the ico and are under development, recent famous icos are brickclock, genesis, globalreit etc, im supporter of tokenization of real estate but we have to choose the legit projects and not jump into every project.

The project looks interesting. Well, the prevalence "around the world" I think the scale is exaggerated.
I noticed that there are many Turks in the team. And the project itself is basically Turkish with an office in the United States. I think it's in Turkey they will get a good start. There's not very expensive rest, pretty good service.
I didn't know about this project. I will write down my notes & will follow the developments.

Hey, I saw this token on turkish news. I even wrote about to turkish local subforum on bitcointalk. I agree that it is very interesting coin. They have already got $50 millon mortgage paper.
 Token will also help their real estate project i believe.
My guess is after they start to give ethereum profits, the price will go to moon

It is good to see that there is something like this out there, it is adoption like this that convinces people that cryptos can be useful in everyday life which would give them more confidence to start using cryptos. First it was being able to buy apartments in london and now it is a crypto friendly resort. It just keeps getting better and better. Better than anything I heard all month

This is super good news. We need more companies that accept cryptocurrency as payment.  The adoption will grow thanks to these projects. This resort will get thousands of customer and I am sure many of them will learn about cryptocurrency when they visit this resort.

HODL is great strategy BUT spend-and-replace is much better. We need circulation and volume. If cryptocurrencies are not used in real life we cannot make a good progress. As a cryptocurrency community we need to support these kind of projects. We need to educate people and encourage people to spend their cryptocurrency in real life

It is good to see positive comments for our project.

I want to reply to the idea of implementing the coin into the hotels around the world. Once the Orlando project is delivered, BreezeCoin will be implemented as a payment system in our Resort Hotel. The first area for cryptocurrency friendly hotel will be Breeze de Mar. When the system works, why is it impossible to implement every hotel in the world? That is step by step project, of course it is not possible to achieve that goal in all the major hotels at once. But in time, there is no clear reason for this to be unsuccessful.

When it comes to the bridging of real world and the crypto currencies then surely it can happen that those projects will get more attention in the future or during the roadmap completion and thus earning huge profits for the sake of their projects. This can also lead to generation of the profits for the shareholder who are nothin but the crypto hunters. I think the project will be worth investing into but they better have multiple chain resorts so that the generation of the tokens will really help them spread the word everywhere. If that happens then only it could get more attention. I think having some shares of it is worth and can help get profits surely.
