Thanks, it is a functional version to get the ball rolling.  Eventually I plan to replace the extjs with a more custom look and feel that should add greater functionality and appeal.

From what I understand so far, CryptoOTC it is a person to person exchange only. No trading engine.

traderman you are correct, this is basically an alternative for all those google docs exchanges you see out there.  I've created a market board to display the current offers (both buy and sell depending what the offer is) and a messaging system to aid in negotiation and execution.  Eventually I plan on having an escrow service to back up these trades.  I would still recommend some sort of escrow and can handle that manually myself for the time being if requested.

1. Make http://www.cryptotc.us/market the default page.
2. "OTC Coins For Trade" section try to make on 1 page, not 2 pages.
3. Add Pandacoin of course
