I can't wait for the hacker to come to bitcoin, release virus signatures into the block chain and when the majority of consumers have disabled virus scanning of bitcoin they release a real virus into the network.

All the more reason to keep one's wallet.dat on a separate machine, preferably running something other than Windows.

Of course if someone does it to Bitcoin many more people will do it to the precious SolidCoin you were already putting up propaganda about, so...
