I am a little bit confused, What does mean by " Re-Enter" ?  If you are a newbie in bitcoin and you did not invest before because of bitcoin sky- high price then, yes, it is the best time to enter in bitcoin! Because of bitcoin price is decreasing now, and it come again in Buy Zone.

Or if you sold out your bitcoins and you want to reinvest in bitcoin then yes you know right. The best time to invest comes once again, and maybe this is last time, who knows after this fall down, bitcoin can be hit a new milestone. So, buy bitcoin today and keep them holds. yes this is the time to buy bitcoin but may be you should wait a little longer to make a good profit because we never know when the price will increase again but you should believe that bitcoin still worth as an investment, even if it not increase soon but bitcoin will definitely return to the highest value

I think every time and all the time are right time in engaging bitcoin because we all know that bitcoin is very volatile as from time to time the bitcoin value changes depending on market changes, like now the value is 7451$ and the trend from this month is 7k$ to 8.5k$ and vice versa. So in that movement alone we can be profitable if we are wise enough plus our long term holding for it.

Buy bitcoin now and hold for a long period of time or sell it at the end of this year because I believe that the price will boom at the end of this year just like what happened last year.  During that time I felt regrettion because I already sell my bitcoin before it increase with a huge price.

After what had happen from previous months,maybe I should say that its good to re enter now,with medium price of market for sure income will be ours finding the good terms of investing.

I might say buying bitcoin now will provide us more compliance than if we did last Q1 or at the start of Q2 as this days were heading to the end of this quarter good vibes are being speculated so invest now

If it is linked to the bitcoin price drop we are absolutely right that buying bitcoin at a cheap price is the right thing. I do not know what factors are causing bitcoin prices to decline. But it is certain that I believe bitcoin prices will again rise. Basically we do not have to wait for bitcoin prices to decline to buy bitcoin because I think that every moment is a good time every time. We can pick up the momentum of the decline and the increase that occurs at any time, although what happens is only a few percent of the movement. For me no matter what we get as long as we get profit then it is not a mistake.

I think investment decision should be made at right time. Every Investor always seek the opportunity of right time. As you see  that the price has fallen and it is below $8K. So the price may back to earlier position in any time. So, it is high time to enter and re-enter the market.

But, one think I always say, Investment is very much personal decision.

There is no exact answer for this question because the common rule of trade is buy low and sell high, you should to buy when the prices are low in the span of time 7 days.

Don't go all in though. It may surge or it may dip lower. Buy in patches. Try to test the waters. If it goes down, then buy some more. If it goes up a little, buy again until we get off this bear market. This first half of 2018 has been a good season to stock up on btc

Last peak was at 8600 dollars mark, in a less then a week price is down for 1300 dollars and now its at 7400 dollars. Question is will it go bellow 7000 dollars this time, I think we will not see price under that, we will see new bottom somewhere here. I sold some bitcoins on recent top and I will buy back this days, I think price will fall couple hundred dollars more and that will be that for this drop.
Its my strategy for this ride, every ride is specific, as a traders we need to have some understanding of price movement and to act as we think its the best. In case if price goes under 7k dollars I will buy more, bottom must be close.
