Reason     : Trade currency

Collateral : I have less than 0.1 BTC and a few other alt-currrency but less than 1 amount that alt-currency and

What do you offer for collateral? Also, begging is embarrassing.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Yeah, we've never seen this before: Start small, get many hooked, go big, file charge back and walk away. Buy your BTC with your PP and problem solved. If you scam and people willingly send you money in good faith, is it really a scam? After all, you didn't FORCE them, right?

Yup. That the risk of pp but it doesn't mean all people that using it was a scammer right ?

Have you ever read through the Lending and Scam Accusation sections? From your comments, I would say no you haven't or just close your eyes and pretend. You agree PP is risky yet try to justify using it for coins by saying not everyone is a scammer. Again, nothing new here.

So how if the collateral is 3 LTC ? Is it enough as collateral for 0.3 btc ?

Does it exceed the value of the requested loan?

Do you mean the collateral must be more than my request loan ?

Collateral must be able to be sold easily for the full amount of the loan, plus interest.

Otherwise there is nothing forcing you to pay back.
