Ello! I ran into a problem outside of bitcoin but related to this part of the forum so I will ask away. I recently went to receive a large transfer via Western Union. I goto my usual pickup spot and now I am being asked for my passport along with my usual California ID. No biggy as I carry it for transactions like this. Now the problem arises that Western Union wont accept my passport, but requires it. The staff at the store couldnt figure out what to do, so I decided to try this elsewhere. 3 different locations from a Ralph's, some check cashing place and some other place couldnt get the transfer to go through either, and phone calls end in dropped called, recordings of "Due to technical difficulties, we cannot connect your call at this time, or a robot that despite any attempts to find something useful on its menus still can never hear you right and will hang up at random. Any ideas?

I've done up to €2k EUR at once and they accepted driver's license.

Was the picture on your passport muddled or why would they not accept it?
It has nothing to do with the transaction size.

Also, have you double checked the 10-digit ID actually exists & matches the sender's name?
