RUM AND CARROTS: A PIRATE LIFE FOR ME

NothinG used to run a pool for which a number of people including myself mined for several days, mining thousands of coins each which is now worth tens of thousands of dollars. After some "personal excuses problems" he promised to return the funds but since disappeared. It was thought he had disappeared from the forum but indeed he is still around. I doubt we will get back all our PPC but I think NothinG should acknowledge his theft and offer some sort of compensation.

Just find this guy in real world and kill him. Ok, maybe the killing part is too heavy, but let him pay for it.

Well I actually PM'd NothingG about his pool as I got lots of payouts back in the day off it, but yes probably couple of thousand PPC I never got out... but here is the reply from NothingG

HEY! FuzzyBear

The server company I was with lost the vps during a migration and I wasn't running any backups. I was so busy installing and un-installing the OS, that I didn't have any snapshots. I was working on it for a few days when it went down...

Just to share the information I have

Did some more research and I believe NothinG is NOT a scammer, PPC are gone, wallet was not backed up and server was lost.  More info with proof from blockchain here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=102638.msg10617014#msg10617014

If he indeed stole, what in the world makes you think he should offer some form of compensation? Does away with the entire concept of "theft" doesn't it?
