I am considering to build a new site for Coinye Trading as it appears it is not dead.

What are the legal  implications of doing this?

Would i get sued along with the former directors of Coinye

Actually, I'm not even sure what the issue are anymore. I think the founder got a C&D, but after they 'briefly' re-branded, seems like the heat died down?
