I expect ethereum will be at the same level with VISA scalability in the future. Ethereum has not used PoW again. You can earn passive income from ether network. I am sure Etherium will continue it's growth, but it it will not be such a rapid as we saw last year. People tend to think more about what they buy and they bacame more risk averse. My target price for 2020 is approximately $1000

It's literally impossible to predict what it will be tomorrow, let alone in 7 months. $1500 or so wouldn't surprise me though.

The answer to this question largely depends on the state of the market. If there are truly trillions of dollars poured into cryptocurrencies, then there will be a HUGE market cap on Ethereum and it will likely be 10x what it is today.
