When did you purchase it and with what Bitcoins? I wouldn't trust half of these sites unless there confirmed as reputable, so do some research on them before you buy.

They do a lot of promoting, and come up with different names on a regular basis.

Always do you research before you purchase.

Usually if a site only takes bitcoin payments that should be your first clue...
