That NOTEPAD PEOPLE USE FOR TRADING?

I know one time while doing a potential trade the guy had me go to some online notepad type thing where we could chat in real time about the trade and so on.

Does anyone know what that is called?

Really wish I wrote it down. Just basically a notepad online but it worked well and I was told by a few it is widely used for that purpose.

Please help.
