Yes its possible, you can try LocalBitcoins and make sure the seller/buyer accept paypal/payoneer as their payment method. You can use another site too, such as paxful or similar site.
Maybe some reference 5 Methods to Buy Bitcoin With PayPal Instantly in 2018.
But, i don't recommend you using paypal to buy/sell bitcoin. Because its reversible and maybe you can get scammed in future.

Just want to add that you can also try your chances at CURRENCY EXCHANGE section of the forum. Same goes if there's an available exchanger that accepts Paypal to your local community (you may refer at your local community section of the forum).

But since Paypal is known for their chargeback and reversible system I doubt that someone will deal for you unless you will have a nice set of deals and terms under both parties agreement. But again you may try your luck at my mentioned options.

Yes, it is possible. Local Bitcoin would help you with this. But you should also remember that, while using PayPal, PayPal also charges the receiver.

There are a lot of exchanges that offer deposits and withdrawal in bitcoin or alternative currency with PayPal. For payoner unless you use it on a peer to peer exchange like paxful or local bitcoins

I did not experience buying bitcoins using paypal account but I just want to add aside from other exchangers I use an app to buy bitcoins. We have coins.ph. This is a wallet wherein you can buy bitcoins in a fast transactions. You just need to convert your currency into bitcoins. If you want to try you can find it on playstore or even in apple store. But ofcourse it has a small fee.

Yes, you can use your Paypal account for this purpose. And fully agreed with @cissrawk. He has shared the preferable way.

It is possible through Local Bitcoins. Besides, you can search google for it. A lot of options are given over there. Choose the best one which is more convenient to you. Roll Eyes

I will recommend you to use any alternate choice. do your research and find which is better. Avoid paypal as there is possiblity that you can be a fraud victim. Besides their transaction can be reversed. Very unsafe it is.
