Who is Satoshi?

^^This one deserves at least 1BTC

I can actually answer that one...but I won't.

The value of the question just went up to 0.09 BTC.

Maria.

Update: Account is 16% in profit reached in only 1 week. Will continue to run the full 4 weeks to see how high can it go.

How do you determine the value of a question? It seems to fluctuate more than the price of Bitcoins. It just went down by a factor of 900 in the space of 7 hours. Also for some reason that I can't quite place, every time I read one of your posts I get this vague uneasy feeling. Are you a ghost?

(that's 2 questions I want my two ten-thousandths of a Bitcoin in the form of gift cards for Macy's Department Store)

She's constantly changing it because she feels like no one has asked a "good" question. She answers the questions in the other thread she mentioned in her original post.

And that "uneasy" feeling is your bullshit meter going off. Maria has said several things that don't add up including that her and her "co-workers" were going to buy 125,000 btc one afternoon.

Interesting. I get the same feeling when I read my own post as well... why?

What is the best way to place a bet that BTC/USD will continue to drop, "best" in the sense of minimizing counter-party risk?  Bitcoinica is the obvious easy answer, but it makes me nervous.
