Error Loading blkindex.dat

Hi

I have 3 out of my wallet keep saying Error Loading blkindex.dat so i am using win8 64bit also i checked in the folder where this file be in app roaming Wallet-- the file is there with another one no like this 001 .
I solved with deleting the wallet from app roaming ..and run it again it work but when i did this with dogecoin wallet i lost the adress which is not signed but i copied the wallet.dat before deleting it from the app/roaming .

So How Can i solve this error ?

and

How i recover my old unsigned address  when i have the wallet.dat ?

Can i change the running folder from user/app/roaming/wallet to another location in the pc.

I solved the problem i have had onlly to  del the file from blkindex.dat app/roaming and every thing is fine ..

But

If i wont to change the folder from app roaming how that will be and how to such of these problem?
