I'm still relegated in the newbie section so I go and ask my question here.

I'm running my Antminer U1 on a 32bit Linux where I downloaded and compiled BFGMiner without any problem. The only issue is that the pc is my laptop so I want to move them on my mining server attaching them to the USB HUB.
The server is a 64bit linux where I downloaded the same BFGMiner version, compiled it without problems, etc.
Now, this is the real question:

How do I make the server recognize my USBs??? I have them connected, I can dmesg them, lsusb them but when I try to detect them inside BFGMiner I get "no devices". Ah, and yes, I am running it as root.
Replied the same behavior on another 64bit machine while 32bit just works.

Is there anybody who can help me with this? I don't want to take the miners back and forth from my house to work!

Thank you in advance!

I went through a complete update of the libc6 apparently required for installing libudev1-dev... still no detectable device.

Is it possible that nobody knows the reason why I am getting this error only on the 64 bit systems??
