BEWARE OF CRIMINALS, SCAMMERS behind SimpleSwap.io

Recently I made a low $ amount of BTG to TRX on Simpleswap.

Long story short, the exchange page indicates to contact them due “Your exchange needs additional attention”.

Now what they basicly do, just delay and make excuses, while the price of TRX rises. So that they have to pay me out less TRX each day.  ThIS IS ON PURPOSE!!!!!!! TO PAY LESS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

BTG transfer was swiftly and normally processed on BTG chain.

First the exchange was 567 TRX. Then I agreed to 534 after contacting them due to '''transaction being stuck'' BULLShit. Then again today (3 days later!!!) they offer 298 TRX while I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG.

These criminals do this at full-knowledge. And I wish to warn / caution everyone from this exchange. They are STEALING your money.

Their defense:
They will state: "You choose floating.'' But there defense is baseless. They gave their word after contacting me (see Pastebin for full convo) that they would sent me 534.15 trx and get back to me with the hash. Than, they saw later TRX rose between 3-4 Dec DOUBLE and they decided not to pay me. Thats the blatant scam part.

Recently I made a low $ amount of BTG to TRX on Simpleswap.

Dear customer, as our support team has said to you several times, we ask you to check carefully the difference between fixed rate exchanges and floating rate exchanges. A fixed rate exchange is an exchange that allows you to receive exactly the estimated amount. The fixed rate exchange is independent of the market volatility. This means that changes in the coins rates do not affect the fixed rate exchange. When you create the fixed rate exchange you have 20 minutes to send us a deposit. There is a time limit because of the fact that the coins rates can change at any time, so we are exposed to huge risks.

A floating rate exchange is a classic cryptocurrency exchange type when the approximate receiving amount is shown at the time of the exchange creation. You can get either more or less coins than expected at the beginning of the floating rate exchange due to the volatile nature of the cryptocurrency market.

Please note that your swap was created at the FLOATING rate. Moreover, your deposit was received 28 minutes after creating the swap, so that's why we were not able to complete your swap at the initially estimated rate. Additionally, when the new rate was offered (~534.150028 TRX) you replied 2 hours 28 minutes after receiving the email from our team. Considering these facts your swap couldn't be completed at the rate that you wanted.

Please, stay in touch with the support team and let them know if you accept the offered bonus, so we can close this case.
