Why does not BTCChina use a business bank account for deposits like Huobi?

some have said it's due to Bobby Lee not having the "guanxi" or being a foreigner.  i would imagine having $5million in VC backed funds would be enough to grease any palms.

Because they aren't so reckless as to plainly ignore regulations.

This is a very important question. Will someone from China chime in on this?

Why won't Bobby Lee do the business bank account like the great huobdini and okcoin?  It would make sense that he would to save BTCChina.  Do you know what the gov't stance on the business bank accounts is?  Does this skirt the Jan 31st deadline or will Huobi and okcoin be taken to the guillotine?

Can anyone provide any insight to this?

imho bobby lee seems to be more serious in terms of having long term plans while huobi appears more like fly by night shop trying to unload politicians or perhaps even triads coins while the price is still good and close shop...

Because they aren't so reckless as to plainly ignore regulations.
